We are an inbound tour business seeking to scale by buying safari vehicles to control our luxury safari product and participate in trade fairs so as to partner with travel agents from our source markets. The capital will be used in buying 2 safari vehicles worth $125,000 and $75,000 ito be used for International Trade fairs, Google & Ai marketing. Being a locally owned and fully registered business which has been operational for 8 years we have all it takes to scale as we are focused on the luxury travel market.
For debt I am willing to pay an interest of 10% on a reducing balance. For equity I’ll give 30% stake of the company and structure a mutually beneficial profit sharing model.
