Water based sealers have low gloss levels and they do not darken the surface as much their solvent-based counterparts do.

Yes, it is an acceptable option if you are desperately trying to save money. Boiled linseed oil effectively seals moisture and makes concrete harder, but it has a strong smell.

How to use concrete sealer after pressure washing?

You do not need to do anything special. Wait until concrete completely dries off after pressure washing and apply sealer with a paint roller.

How to apply concrete sealer with a roller?

First of all, prepare the concrete surface. Clean it – it is better to use a vacuum cleaner and then proceed cleaning with warm soapy water. Let the surface fully dry, put on rubber gloves and breathing mask and pour concreate sealer into a paint try or a bucket. Finally, take your paint roller and start applying the sealer with broad even strokes.

No, you should not use concrete sealer on wooden surfaces. It will not seal the wood, but it will most likely discolor it. Use specifically designed wood sealers instead.

There are many possible reasons. The sealer may be bubbling because of entrapped air due to overly dynamic application or just because of over application. Bubbles also may appear during the application of a new coat of sealer because of expanding air.

If you are using solvent-based sealer, you can remove blisters and by wetting the surface with acetone. Small bubbles can be removed by applying an additional coat of the same sealer. And, of course, if nothing else helps, you can strip the surface of all sealer, clean it and they reapply sealer.
